He thinks that he dodged the DUI. I shudder to think that this actually happens to people. If someone did this to me... I would hunt them down. He called and woke me up.. I told him to drive it off into a snowbank tomorrow when he is sober, and then report it. This won't work if the victim got his lic # tho.. I think NY statutes call for a $250 fine and/ or 15 days in jail.. I believe it only becomes criminal if there is an injury. He stopped and talked to the other party. The guy said, "Boy, I hope you haven't been drinking." he then got back in the car to pull forward and just kept going, lol!Stay safe out there.. Remember it is not always you you have to worry about. And for those who are snowbound... Get a daily driver!
